We’re not your average accountants. Don’t get us wrong—we’re definitely nerds, but ones you’ll enjoy talking to. Our clients are delighted to work with us.  So much so that we guarantee your money back if you don’t love your Element CPA experience.

We practice humility

It’s our privilege to be learners first. Our clients always have something to teach us. Your ingenuity inspires our dedication.

We’re scrappy

We do what it takes, and no problem is too big. We not only share your entrepreneurial spirit, we feed off of it. We do right by our clients no matter what.

We're online

We are a virtual firm, operating remotely with our clients since day one. Our workflows are specially designed to support our clients from any location.

We dig deep

We get to the root of the problem by always asking why and taking nothing for granted. We are committed to finding and eliminating the source of any financial issue.

We have integrity

We’re not afraid to speak up. It's our responsibility to make sure your finances are functioning well—and if they’re not, we'll be the first to tell you.

”Right away Andrejus behaved as though he’s a member of the team who has our best interests at heart. Rather than shoehorn our business into a series of standards, he’s flexible, and took the time to understand our business context.
